Description A professional visual roof inspection designed to identify visible defects, deterioration and potential water-entry points without the need for unnecessary roof access or scaffolding. Where suitable and legally permitted, we use high-resolution drone imagery together with observations from accessible ground-level areas to inspect parts of the roof that are difficult to see safely. The inspection can include: • Tiles, slates and roof coverings • Ridges and hips • Chimneys and chimney pots • Leadwork, flashings and abutments • Valleys and roof junctions • Flat-roof areas • Gutters and visible rainwater defects • Cracked, slipped, missing or deteriorated materials • Potential water-entry points • High-resolution photographs of relevant findings • Written findings and practical recommendations Suitable for homeowners, homebuyers, landlords and property professionals who want a clearer understanding of the visible condition of a roof before arranging repairs or purchasing a property. Drone operation is subject to suitable weather, site conditions, airspace restrictions and applicable regulations. If drone use is not possible, we will discuss alternative inspection options. This is a visual condition inspection and does not constitute a structural engineering assessment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are subject to confirmation after we review the property location, size and inspection requirements. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the booking deposit being retained. Thermal imaging inspections are dependent on suitable weather and temperature conditions. Where conditions are unsuitable for reliable thermal imaging, we may contact you to reschedule the inspection at no additional charge. Drone-assisted roof inspections are also subject to suitable weather, site conditions and applicable flight restrictions. Inspection times are approximate and may vary depending on property size, access and findings during the inspection. Full terms and conditions will be provided with your booking confirmation.
