Our inspection focuses on accessible roof areas and associated features, including tiles and slates, ridges and hips, chimneys, flashings, valleys, flat-roof areas, gutters and other visible potential water-entry points.

We use a systematic diagnostic approach, starting with the reported problem and visible evidence. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may use high-resolution drone-assisted imagery, captured at up to 100 MP, to inspect difficult-to-access areas.
